Economic Downturn = Training Opportunity
	During a strong economy we assign our resources to their particular area of expertise. Utilizing personnel in this manner is most efficient for completing work but does not always allow employees to develop new skills. In good times, cross training employees and preparing our future workforce is difficult. JHB is making the best of the tough economic times. We are training our employees on new equipment and technologies in this time of reduced demand. The goal is obvious, when the economy returns we will have better trained and more versatile employees. These employees will provide us a competitive advantage in the future.
